Notary Services

We provide Conventional and Remote Online Notarization with Apostille Services

Conventional Notarization

We are available to notarize your documents in Florida and Missouri. If you are unable to meet us, we can meet you at a mutually agreeable time.

If you are sending the notarized documents abroad like to the Philippines, you do not need to go to the Philippine Embassy or Consulate and have your document authenticated. We can have it apostilled for you.

Apostille is a process where the signature of the Notary public is authenticated by the Secretary of State where the notary public is registered. It is done through mail and is a very convenient way of authenticating legal documents to be used abroad like in the Philippines. The Philippines and the US are two of the many countries that signed the Apostille Convention in Hague, Switzerland.

Remote online notarization

No time to physically go to the notary public and have your documents notarized? Don’t sweat.

We can notarize your legal documents electronically. Sit back and relax in front of your computer where ever you are in the US and sign your documents electronically. You can appear to our notary public using online audio-video technology.

The technology allows us to conveniently notarize your document anytime and anywhere in the US. You don’t have to be physically in front of us to have your documents notarized.

We can notarize any legal documents not only in Florida and Missouri but in all states. We can also have your documents apostilled and sent directly to you. This is an efficient process of processing your documents without spending too much of your time and attention.
